The cafe and events space sits on the edge of the dam, surrounded by an extensive nature playground, lush landscaped grounds and a wide boardwalk. The form of the building, designed by ClarkeHopkinsClarke Architects, takes inspiration from the old dairy farm and country homesteads that once occupied the land.
Integrating seemlessly with the beauty of its natural surroundings it features Mount White Sandstone, Victorian Ash timber cladding, matte black steel, and Tasmanian Oak glulam rafters. The setting is complete with an extensive outdoor area and balcony, offering sweeping vistas of Redbank Lake that connect to the boardwalk.
